In the pictures below you can see the contents of the complete conversion kit AND different locomotives running with my drive system.
(Photo 1) shows a choice of 2 colors (GREY or BLACK) for the hand held box.
NOTE-> (Photo 1) also shows an optional power meter installed in the GREY box.
(Photo 7) shows one of my Railroad Supply F-7A units. It has a NEW chassis with the basic kit installed onto it. In this photo it has 2, 12 volt AGM batteries with a low 76AH rating to supply the 24 volts DC power.
With this set up it would run for 4+ hours per charge, demonstrating its superior efficiency by running for so long on such small batteries.
** For optimum performance and run time(12+ hrs.) I strongly recommend using four, 6 volt Trojan T-105 batteries with a rating of 185 amp hours. Or the EQUIVELANT. Keep in mind your batteries are your "FUEL TANK" **
